We had our wedding in Procter and wanted to share one of our favorite local treats with our guests with the best cinnamon buns we've ever had while living in the Kootenays! We pre-ordered them for our wedding party, and everyone absolutely loved them. We’ve always loved the Procter Village Café for its cozy atmosphere and delicious menu items. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area.

I was told that I must take the ferry to Jarrop/Procter and stop by the Cafe for a cinnamon. I was not disappointed, the baking was amazing. The best I have tasted. A must visit. The hiking is pretty good too.

A delicious iced latte with one of the best cinnamon buns I have ever had. Very friendly owner shared a bit of history about the cafe and surrounding area. Cute little gallery next door and a hair salon! Lots of outdoor shaded and indoor seating

My husband loved his cinnamon bun. " It's in the top two I've ever had," he said. "So fresh!" The service was fantastic. The owner was happy to talk to us. They renovated the entire place. It's a lovely spot to enjoy something for lunch or baked. Good. Indoor and outdoor seating available. Lovely setting. We enjoyed the 4-minute ferry ride over. A nice gift store on site, too!

This wonderful café located in the village Procter is “known” by locals and is well worth a visit. Friendly service, peaceful setting and amazing baked goods make for a relaxing welcoming place. As a side note it is 8km from the Harop Ferry making for a lovely ride along quite county roads! Everyone mentions the cinnamon buns and after you’ve tried them you will know why!
